CENTER FOR SPORTS INJURY
The Elite Deserve The Best and The Best is at CSI
DiagKnow – Precision Imaging Center with the Shortest Turn Around Time

Unfold the Future of Precision Imaging with “ESAOTE” at DiagKnow!

Introducing the most advanced ESAOTE technology at CSI where MRI is conducted in weight-bearing/standing/tilting positions to enhance patient comfort and precision diagnostics. It is a true motion or dynamic motion-capturing imaging for a detailed and comprehensive evaluation within a short turn-around time.

About DiagKnow & ESAOTE MRI

DiagKnow is a Patient-Friendly & Precision Imaging Center following the best industry practices of providing the Shortest turnaround time for Pathology Assessments within 30 minutes to 4 hours on the same day.

DiagKnow is a high-end Imaging Center at CSI that offers Dedicated Sports Imaging equipped with the most advanced ESAOTE MRI, Musculoskeletal & Sports 5D Ultrasonic machines, and many other cutting-edge technology equipment for the assessment of Sports and Orthopedic Injuries. Through an ESAOTE MRI machine, we provide an open magnet design with less noise and claustrophobia capable of doing standing/tilting/weight-bearing and dynamic/true motion images ( very important in Sports injury evaluation of the joints).

Why Choose MRI in standing & Weight-bearing positions?

  • To enhance patient’s comfort
  • To make the technique less claustrophobic during prolonged Imaging hours
  • To help the doctor make an accurate diagnosis related to spine, joints, and MSK conditions
  • To help you get a patient-friendly atmosphere
  • To enhance treatment accuracy and efficacy
  • The technology gives true-motion advanced capturing of image sequences

ESAOTE MRI Scan

The G-scan Brio is a revolutionary MRI approach for all musculoskeletal applications, which allows you to increase your diagnostic accuracy and confidence. The open and tilting design is a new and innovative way of doing an MRI in which the position of the patient becomes an integral part of the outcome of the examination.

Open and tilting design is the new and innovative way of doing Weight-bearing MRI in which the position of the patient becomes an integral part of the outcome of the examination and allows patients to be imaged in horizontal and vertical positions and to perform Weight-bearing MRI examinations viewing anatomy in orthostatic positions of daily activities than traditional supine positions.

ESAOTE MRI
  • More Patient-friendly atmosphere and Enhanced Patient-care Experience
Open MRI design fosters a patient-friendly setting, alleviating claustrophobia, simplifying positioning, and promoting patient cooperation.
  • More detail, better accuracy, and greater confidence
Many symptoms and pathologies occur or are emphasized when the patient is in the weight-bearing position. ESAOTE captures accurate diagnosis for the spine, joints, and MSK conditions.
  • Reproducing the right biomechanics of several joints and anatomies.
Esaote weight-bearing system ensures efficient diagnostic evaluations to reproduce and study joints in orthostatic position and find underlying pathologies.
  • Safety and Accessibility Focus
Low-field MRI enhances safety but also widens accessibility, making the MRI setting more comfortable and open to all people engaged in sports.
Why Choose CSI for ESAOTE MRI?

CSI is committed to ensuring the best possible treatment outcomes by integrating the most advanced technology for enhanced diagnostics and patient care. The ESAOTE MRI technology is available at a few MSK centers in India and we boast to provide highly precise claustrophobia-free Standing/tilting/weight-bearing MRI Imaging with unmatched comfort and precision diagnostics in your area.

What sets CSI apart from other Centers?

Traditional MRI exams are usually performed in supine positioning with the patient lying down on the scanner bed. However, this position does not reproduce the actual biomechanics of several joints and anatomies like knee, ankle, and spinal columns which are subjected to weight-bearing stress when we are walking or simply standing up.

In our center, Weight-bearing MRI is done to reproduce and study these joints in orthostatic position and find underlying pathologies that are difficult be assess with the conventional supine MRI.

DYNAMIC MRI SEQUENCES

DYNAMIC MRI SEQUENCES help in doing dynamic MRIs of the knee, shoulder, wrist, ankle, and elbow. They produce Less noise, More safety, and No radiation. We also perform MRI-Guided Arthroscopy.

Conventional MRI Vs CSI ESAOTE MRI

CONVENTIONAL MRI

CSI ESAOTE MRI

Conventional MRI scans are done in the supine position which fails to reproduce the biomechanics of the joint. The position makes it difficult to assess the underlying pathologies.

CSI’s ESAOTE MRI reproduces the joint biomechanics involved in the weight-bearing positions dynamically and helps trace out the pathology with more accuracy and precision.

Conventional MRI scans do not help decide if the patient requires surgery or can do without surgery with the help of Physiotherapy rehabilitation.

ESAOTE MRI helps the surgeon make an informed decision while assessing the dynamics of the joint in a weight-bearing position or through real-time visualization and understanding the stability or instability of the joint pathology, basis which either surgery or conservative treatment is followed.

It gives a non-dynamic and limited view of the involved pathology.

It gives a comprehensive and dynamic view of pathology.

It is not a safe proposition.

It is highly safe and is a low-field MRI.

The conventional MRI is not Patient-friendly.

ESAOTE is a non-claustrophobic and highly patient-friendly Imaging technique.

Bone Densitometry

We have cutting-edge technology equipment for scanning Bone Mineral Density or BMD - FUJIFILM FDX VISIONARY.DR – It is a state-of-the-art system that delves into the depths of bones to unleash comprehensive body insights for superior patient care with a better scan area.

FDX

FUJIFILM FDX VISIONARY.DR offers a complete range of solutions for Bone Densitometry (BMD) and Body Composition Analysis (BCA) making Diagknow one of the Best Centers for Bone Densitometry and Body Composition Analysis in South Delhi, India.

Features of FDX FUJI SCAN
  • ELEMENTS & DETECTORS - It has a 2D FAN BEAM technology with 256 elements and a multiarray detector. This helps provide practitioners as well as patients with comfortable diagnostic experience.
  • WIDE APPLICATIONS - It is used for wide applications for Orthopaedic and pediatric cases as well as for Analysing Body Composition.
  • FAST & PRECISE DIAGNOSTICS - It can perform examinations in 15sec/size
  • GOOD CONNECTIVITY - Import and export through DICOM from FDX to PACS and RIS.
Uses of FDX FUJI SCAN
  • Multi-site Mapping – It can do Body Composition Analysis (BCA) over multiple sites or Full Body Mapping - left leg, right leg, left arm, right arm, left ribs, right ribs, T-spine, L-spine, pelvis. Thus, there is a detailed analysis of Body Composition through this high-end technology.
