I'm 13 years old and in February 2007 , I tore the ACL ligament in my knee. Originally it didn't need surgery and we waited to see if it healed itself, but after 2 months it still hadn't.
I was then told that I had to have ACL reconstruction surgery on it, and would not be able to participate in sports for 9 months. I had the surgery in Delhi by Dr Pushpinder Bajaj at Rockland hospital organised by Bajaj Specialist Clinics and everything went well.
After 3 weeks from the operation I started doing physiotherapy at Dr.Bajaj's Clinic and each day it started to improve and I started gym exercises a couple of weeks later. I then went back to boarding school in England and continued with my exercises in the gym and my weight exercises.
I recently came back to India and it has now been 12 weeks since the operation. I'm now running and swimming and I only have to wear a small knee support.
I have been exercising my knee every day since I've started physiotherapy, but the procedures have been a lot easier than I thought they would be. I look forward to having a fully recovered knee soon, due to the successful operation by Dr.Pushpinder Bajaj and all the help from the physiotherapists at the clinic.

I suffered a football injury in January 2005 and was referred to Dr Pushpinder Bajaj by the clinic at the British High Commission. Dr Bajaj saw me straight away and wasted no time at all in making arrangements for a diagnosis which confirmed that I had torn my anterior cruciate ligament. Dr Bajaj gave me sound advice as to the options and what each would involve. I wanted to play football again, so surgery was carried out within the week at Rockland Hospital . I went into the hospital in full knowledge of what the operation would entail, and of the details and timescales for rehabilitation. Dr Bajaj emphasised that I would be back playing again in about 9 months if I followed his advice and programme, and results proved him correct.
His clinic contains a physiotherapy unit, which provides the means of recovery, and allows him to monitor your progress, varying the speed of recovery as appropriate. He was always accessible for advice and guidance throughout my recovery. It is now almost 18 months since surgery and I have been able to return to a full programme of sports. There is no lingering effect from my injury and I would strongly recommend Dr Pushpinder Bajaj to anyone with a sports injury.

Operative repair of tendo-achilles tendon

Shortly after arriving in Delhi in Dec 2005, I had a spontaneous rupture of the Achilles tendon on my right foot. I had it x rayed the next day and as I had no broken bones, the doctor whom I was seeing at the time strapped it and gave directions for rest, etc. After a month, I was subsequently referred to Dr. Bajaj for a second opinion about treatment for this ankle and upon seeing him, Dr. Bajaj immediately, through my gait pattern, spotted that my tendon had ruptured. An MRI confirmed this. I had it surgically repaired four days later, all services orchestrated by his office and paid through them. My hospital room was wonderful, and the hospital clean and modern. His operative team became friends during my recovery as they are also involved in the post-operative treatment processes--Dr. Bajaj is very specific that all phases of the treatment process should be done by well trained associates and to his specifications. This attention to detail certainly assures a good recovery process. All postoperative treatments I received at this clinic, including 5 casts and subsequent physiotherapy. Due to the number of ex-pats that come to his clinic, his staff are very familiar with treating foreigners. I firmly believe that I have Dr. Bajaj to thank for saving me from being crippled for the rest of my life. For this, thank you is too weak a word. I would recommend both him and his clinic process to anyone needing orthopaedic care. Their commitment to quality and professionalism is evident as soon as you come through the door.

Dr Pushpinder Singh Bajaj treated me for a ruptured achilles tendon in January 2011. In addition to fast and accurate diagnosis, Dr Bajaj wasted no time in consulting with me regarding appropriate treatment options, including organising and performing surgery at Primus Super Speciality Hospital. I was concerned and reluctant about having the surgery, but Dr Bajaj was very reassuring and gave me confidence to proceed. ORIF ANKLE FRACTURE 2018

Confused as to what should be my first ink, I finally decided on a phoenix. I never thought somewhere down the line I would have to gather myself to defeat the hardships and rise from the ashes, the battle being mostly internal. Six months ago on a bike trip to Russia , I fractured my right leg. I was advised to abstain from all physical activity including my favorite hobby, running. For me, running wasn't about fitness, it was my time to unwind and feel good. Someone very inspiring once said to me "Running kills no one". Staying true to this discipline, I completed my first half marathon post orthopedic surgery yesterday. Thank you God for giving me the strength and blessing me with a speedy recovery. my beautiful , strong wife Kanwal who stood by me not just as my rock solid support but as my best my friend and often as my emotional punching bag. My doc and dear friend Dr Pushpinder Bajaj who gave steel to my bones and gave me the confidence to stand up again. Both my doctor kids helped me come out the stressful time and were my personal cheerleaders. My running companion and brother Nevish ran besides me and pushed me harder each day. Lastly Rahul, my fitness trainer deserves his share of due credit because he was continuously striving to help me achieve this milestone. So guys, I'm back !! On 28 January 2007 I had the misfortune of breaking my leg in Jaisalmer but I had the good fortune to be traveling with Alok Chandola of Realms who knew Dr. Chawla of East West Medical Center. An air rescue was arranged which took me to New Delhi and to Dr Pushpinder Bajaj at Rockland Hospital where surgery was performed on 31 January. My eight day stay at Rockland was comfortable and the staff was most helpful and pleasant. I especially appreciated the up to date surgical suite and professional staff. The total cost was amazingly small compared to anywhere in the U. S. and yet the attending staff were far more attentive then what I experienced at my local hospital. Where I do not wish to repeat my experience, should I need medical attention in India, I will not hesitate to call upon you.

My mind took those words as medicine and some ray of hope emerged in my soul.

Dear Dr. Bajaj,
I am back in Los Angeles, and am writing to thank you for seeing me last week while I was in Delhi, and for identifying a place for me to get an MRI. It was very helpful to know what was going on! I am now fitted with a Jewett brace, and following up with an orthopedic surgeon at UCLA, Dr. Nick Shamie. It was a real help for them to have the films from Delhi, and fortunately the fracture has remained stable. The flight was fine—spent most of the time lying down as I had business class and first class seats on the two legs of the trip.

I am also starting a work up for bone density and have started on nasal calcitonin. And I think I will stay away from slippery surfaces by swimming pools for a while.

After I was informed that I have a tumor in my leg I was totally confused and was almost lost my hope, I visited a lot of doctors and specialists in Afghanistan, Pakistan and as well as in India, most of the doctors were saying to me that we have to cut your let otherwise this tumor will be dangerous to your live, no one was ready to do an operation rather than cutting my leg. It is not easy to imagine how a person feel when he knows of being in such a danger, how he passes every hour of his live?
